Our Space

The Coworking Collaborative consists of 7500 square feet of space providing two coworking areas, conference rooms, a board room, a social area, office suites, a classroom and an event space.

The central area of the facility is dedicated to coworking and provides both traditional work desks as well as couches and chairs for casual working or socializing.

Seven large offices are available for companies that wish to be based out of the collaborative. These offices provide access to the community through proximity while also providing a private workspace when needed.

Seven large desks in a common area are available for anyone that wishes to have a reserved workplace, but doesn’t need the amount of space or privacy that an office affords.

Two small conference rooms are available for team meetings, conference calls or even a quiet work space. A 14 person board room is also available to be reserved for meetings with clients.

A portion of the facility is setup to enable classes, user group meetings, and workshops. Additional space is also available for large groups and events.

Event Space Rentals

okcCoCo is a flexible meeting, event and conference space with an urban professional atmosphere, located in Midtown Oklahoma City. It is perfect for corporate offsites, training seminars, workshops, professional organizations and social events. We can handle events as large as 200 people. Catering and event planning services are available. In-house audio and visual support including high definition video recording, streaming and teleconferencing are available. Conference rooms, board rooms, and day offices are available for daily use as well as short term reservation. See our rate sheet for more information.
